Every company I try to purchase from has the kits between $11 and $30. Great! But when I check out…BAM! Total jumps to between $60 and $80! Shipping to Canada is a nightmare! Any websites based in Canada or companies outside of Canada that doesn’t cost a freaking arm and leg to ship? I absolutely hate paying more shipping than the product. Ugh.
My brother’s eight, has no responsibility, likes to play, and likes video games, but he is fascinated by animals. I saw these things, like “Sea Monkeys”, but they’re called “Triops (longicaudatus)”. They are like a type of shrimp that you hatch and feed, and they don’t require much care at all. I think he would really enjoy this, but I was wondering if it is a good idea? And I did think of a ant farm, but our parents would kill us if they got out.
