My brother’s eight, has no responsibility, likes to play, and likes video games, but he is fascinated by animals. I saw these things, like “Sea Monkeys”, but they’re called “Triops (longicaudatus)”. They are like a type of shrimp that you hatch and feed, and they don’t require much care at all. I think he would really enjoy this, but I was wondering if it is a good idea? And I did think of a ant farm, but our parents would kill us if they got out.

i have a triop kit it comes with eggs and nutrients ive tried and it didnt work how long does it take them to grow? do i need a heater? i used a lamp to heat the water? if they do grow will they lay eggs? if they do how do you take care of the eggs? what do i feed them if i run out of pellets?

How to take care of triassic triops. This is my third time having triops I dont even read the instrutions.one of the three times my triops did not hatch.

Please tell me all about caring for triops. I want them to live long and healthy! Thanks
