My son got a triop kit and the directions dont explain whether the debris with the eggs should be seperated. On the other hand I dont see how it is possible to seperate because I wouldn’t know what the egg looks like. The eggs hatched but the debris is floating around the little clear tank.
1. The eggs for my triops are floating and so is all the little debris that was in the gravle, are they supposed to float?
2. Since only 2 or 3 of the triops make it to full size because the other ones eat the rest, if i split the triops up while they are growing will more of them grow to full size without getting eaten?
3. And one more question, what kind of sand should i put at the bottom of the tank that i move them into? Thanks alot
