Triops longicaudatus–Discovery Day!

(Pronounced wrong in the video, I know!) While Brit and I were at work in the Globe District of the Tonto National Forest in Arizona, we discovered a cattle tank full of triops! Until this encounter, I had never even heard of triops. Now I’m a triops addict! If you’re interested in the whole story, I wrote a short post about it at deserthominid.blogspot.com Cheers, Ken

What is the best sand for my triops?

Can i use sand found on the desert or does it have to be special sand and do they need a lot of it.
Oh and how big do they have to be to put in the sand.
