First Triops you see is Giardia. She is 15 days old and has egg sacs. The second Triops is Triops #3, the youngest at 11 days old. However, Triops #3′s sister Triops #2 has egg sacs already. Triops #2 and Triops #3 are related to each other, but are not related to Giardia per’se… Giardia came from my first Triassic Triops envelope that I bought in the city I reside in, and Triops #2 and Triops #3 came from the Triassic Triops envelope in a different city.
i wanted to see if i can see any eggs on my triops but not sure where the egg sac is, and is it possible to see them lay
My son got a triop kit and the directions dont explain whether the debris with the eggs should be seperated. On the other hand I dont see how it is possible to seperate because I wouldn’t know what the egg looks like. The eggs hatched but the debris is floating around the little clear tank.
I put sand in the tank and they dug but they still have their egg sacks.
