My Triops Series #2-Day 15 *EGGS!*

Yes you heard right! The larger Triops has eggs on her! It is amazing! She is also beginning to dig… if you check in the last 1/2 minute or so I will show you guys her digging! Enjoy!

i havent unbox while recording in a while. i just need Distilled or Filtered water to get started!…………… meanwhile they all died . complete fail i gave them food, but i guess they never found it floating at the top. wait scratch what i said, i gave them too much food, that they never did get to eat, sank to the bottom of the tank and rotted away.eventually killing them all. i have videos uploaded. check them out. on my progress with my triops exp

Does anyone know any animals like Triops and Sea Monkeys you can buy in kits?

My Triops never hatched but my Sea Monkeys did, does anyone know where i can buy something like them? That are eggs and you have to hatch them and all that.
Or does anyone know any small, cold-water fish that are really easy to care for?

Advice on growing triops?

i have a tank with little triops in, there is about 200 as far as i can tell. there is about 10 LTRS of water and i have been feeding them as often as recommended, the water is green with a layer of scum on the top. I know i need to change the water, but there is no way of me changing the water without getting rid of a load of triops in the process. They are way to small and i would end up throwing a load away. Shall i just leave it? and wait til they are bigger. Also they are about three weeks old and they are still abslutely tiny, they don’t seem to be growing, is this normal? also is it normal for there to be hundreds hatching out? I got them in the pack called “triops world” by interplay and i have only used half the pack of eggs.

why have i got so many creatures but only one triop?

all of the things in the water are not triops except my one triop will it eat them all or will they eat the triop one of them is a fairy shrimp but the other hop up and down but are not daphnia and they are some white and others are yellow also my one triop isn’t growing could you please give me a list for all these reasons please also if my triop does grow does it need to mate to produce eggs and how do i know if its male or female also can i buy cheap gravel or sand from the supermarket and also please give me the best possible answers and please explain as much as possible thanks.

My triops digging & laying eggs

His name is Fry and he is 20 days old in this video. He is my only triops and he likes to dig because that’s part of the whole egg laying thing. I’m also not sure if it’s a he or a she or a hermaphrodite. I captured the whole thing with my webcam, and it sure was a pain in the ass to manual focus all the time…
