i bought a Triops set it’s called Triop world… the one with the volcano. i put in some stones that came with it and some sand to lay eggs in. filled the bowl thing with water and poured in the eggs and the detrius stuff. The problem is… I CAN’T USE A LIGHT TO KEEP THEM WARM AND IN THE LIGHT! OMG! will this affect them or will they just not hatch and what do i do!

I bought Triops last Saturday ( the 6th) I left the light on all night so the water would heat up. so on Sunday i woke up and set the tanks put in the eggs. etc. ( Note i put in 1/4 of water. I bought a kit it came with a plastic container.) So I’m just wondering the water level is pretty low and since they double in size,I’m worried when I should increase the water so they have more room.

I put the tip of my finger in the water, and it is still really cold, what do I need to make the water get warmer cause the triops hatch tomorrow. The only warm part is the hatchery zone where the light is nearest.

my triops arent hatching cuz i hav a light on and the eggs are sticking to the sies of the tank and water eveaporates so idk

I have a spare desk light that i am thinking of letting my triops use. They are so much happier when the sun is out. They would love it. Thing is, would they die from lack of sleep? should I turn it off b4 i go 2 bed?
