On Saturday I got triops from MICHAELS arts and craft store. I tried hatching the eggs but they still haven’t hatched!

When should i increase the water level of my container? ( I have triops)?
I bought Triops last Saturday ( the 6th) I left the light on all night so the water would heat up. so on Sunday i woke up and set the tanks put in the eggs. etc. ( Note i put in 1/4 of water. I bought a kit it came with a plastic container.) So I’m just wondering the water level is pretty low and since they double in size,I’m worried when I should increase the water so they have more room.
