I used spring water to hatch my triops. They’re around a week old now and I accidently bought 6 L of mineral water for them
I heard you can actually use tap water after they’ve hatched so will mineral water be fine?

Um, so i bought these triops for my son. The instruction manual says they need spring water to survive. We dont have any bottled water right now and my son is very excited to get these eggs in. Could I boil water and then use that? Or will that kill the Triops? Help would be nice.

The instructions for my triops said to leave the spring water out for 4 hours for it to get to room tempurature but the water in the unopened bottle had already sat out to become room tempurature. I put the eggs in with out waiting 4 hours, but the water was still 75 degrees f. Is this okay?

say they were 1 inch long and they were in spring water.
I got some triops from a kit and it says that it takes 18-48 hours for them to hatch. It’s already been one day and nothing changed ? Whats wrong? Do I need to wait some more? Oh and it said to use spring water or distilled water so I used purified water (like you put it in the brita filter) Is it okay to use that kind of water ? Besides that I followed all the directions.
BTW it was from a Triassic Triops DLX kit.
