i want to put the water conditioner in but they have to be those types in order for them not to be harmed

no the only triops i know of are dinosaur shrimp!they only live 9 months to a year,and i feed my green terrors triops.Not an ornamental fish unless there is a species of fish called triops?only know of the crustation triop!

Triops are not fish. However, you can use the conditioner for fish tanks because it essentially does the same job–removing chlorines.
