On Saturday I got triops from MICHAELS arts and craft store. I tried hatching the eggs but they still haven’t hatched! 
Can I get a refund and how?

Should be able to if you have the receipt.

Try refunding them at the store if they haven’t hatched in the maximum time listed on the directions. If the store doesn’t take them back, there usually is a guarantee through the manufacture on those, it should be contained somewhere on the instructions or another packet of information included, if not on the box.
