You only have to change the water if the algae in the tank is too thick and you can’t see them.
For food you can feed them betta sinking or betta slow sinking pellets. Feed them until they can’t eat anymore. The food should stay in the tank for a day before it is all eaten.
You do not need to airate the tank (use a bubbler) because they live in water with very little oxygen.
For an extra good supply of food and oxygen you should put some java moss or moss balls in the tank.
If you get moss balls then they are probably fake. If they are stringy then remove the plant from the floating ball.
Triops are fresh water and seamonkeys are salt water so don’t keep them together.
You can buy daphnia instead of seamonkeys because daphnia are freshwater creatures.
Triops eat them.
