first you have to tell us where you live. If you live in e.g. Britain, Triops is an endangered species, so you won’t be able to find it, and if you find it you should not collect it.
As eggs are cheap to buy, it will be much easier to buy than to go and find them. Go and do a job for somebody for an hour and you will have earned the money to buy some, if you are looking for some you probably will have to spend way more time than an hour…
As you can just type triops into google and it will come up with lot of websites and info, I don’t quite see why I should do that for you. You can also look up Notostrata or tadpole shrimp, e.g. on Wikipedia.
If you are referring to the funny little critters called Tadpole or Shield Shrimp, they can be found in the wild in the western US, parts of South America and Africa. However they are somewhat rare and are considered endangered species in some places, so be careful harvesting them and always check the local fish and game laws.It is considered better to buy them over the Internet or from a local pet or hobby store(hobby lobby used to carry them.) If you have ever had them before, let the aquarium dry out completely then add distilled water to hatch the eggs they have laid.If you have never had them before they are a hoot to have. Easily worth whatever the initial purchase price may be.
Have Fun!
