No you cant, but you can buy adult sea monkeys from the pet store which are used as feeders to feed to their fish. Don’t put them in with triops, they will eat them. Sea monkeys are easy prey…

wait until your pet store is just about to get a new order of brine-shrimp and then get them. I got luck one time cuz they said there weren’t enough of them to charge me for. I went home and counted then i got over fifty healthy ones totally free. just be shore to pick out the dead or like dieing ones they could infect the other ones. your trops will probably eat them so i would put them in a another tank altogether you could probably find a recipe for the correct water quality online.
