Just wait… they will hatch soon… but after 3 days still an egg. therefore it is not viable, and cannot hatched anywmore.

If you bought commercial triops, don’t expect very many to hatch. Only oone to three usually hatch. If you bought them from something other than the commercial companies, wait a bit. If there is still only one after four days, then that may be it, or you can transfer the triops to another tank, dry out the detritus, and rehydrate them, and see if they hatch.
If you’re using a commercial tank, I’d strongly reccomend getting a bigger tank. Their life-span is two to three months, but mine was only one when she was in the small tank. Even though it was only her in the tank, it was obviously too small. She kept getting stuck between the fake plants, she kept surfacing for air, and there was hardly any space on the bottom for her to dig, especially with the fake volcano.
