How do I read my Triops – Sea Monkey Thermo-strip?

I put it on my tank but i don’t understasnd how to read it.

It….

-goes from70 F (21 C) – 84 F (29 C)
-Dark blue 70 F ( 21 C)
-Light blue on 72 F (22 C0
-Brown/tan on 74 f ( 23 C)

PLEASE HELP!!!!

    the colors are for the temp. btw the temp recommended is 74
