Is this normal for baby triops?

Two of them has just hatched(literally in the last half hour!) but they arent staying at the top but are more towards the bottom.is this normal?

    yes it is mine stayed towards the bottom in till i transferred them into my fish tank then they swam every where watch out they grow extremely fast

    hatched 5 baby triops all but 1 lived
