    @viewtifulethan90 im about to get triops soon but im guessing dump out the water with the triops in it in a temporary tank put in the gravel, the put them back in ur regular tank

    hey how did you warm up such a big tank? a lamp cant heat it up that much and i hate having to put them in a tiny glass because they eat each other and i only have one lamp soo do you have any advice or anything they sell at the store like lamps and tanks and other stuff that arent too expensve… im 12 soo getting money is like waiting for the grass to grow… during winter lol -Vanessa

    more have probably hatched but they were probably eaten by the bigger ones.

    i suggest hatching em in seperate tanks

    only feed them worms at like one and a half weeks or even two. let them grow more. also if r triop doesnt finish eating the worm in abut 30-1 hour take out the worm before it contaminates ur tank.

    most of my triops hatched but one looks different from the others it turns out one of them was brine shrimp

    They are very active swimmers so you should see them after the hatch even though they are small. Sometimes they eat each other though (!!!). Also, you have to be very careful that the water is at the right temperature and isn’t polluted with other chemicals or bad food – the little triops are sensitive to these things. Check your instruction booklet for more info.

    ya i have a scholastic kit and some peple r saying they ar garbage and that they didnt werk fer them but now i have two hatched and abot 7 to 8 on the way but they r to small i keep losing them
