umm… what is your question? you can’t get heaters for anything less than 2.5 gallons… or at least where i live. perhaps you could find something online. good luck
you can get a heater called hydor mini 7.5 watts it will be ok for the 1.5 gallon plastic fish tank and it wont melt it at all either hope this helps u out and good luck
visitherm and hagen may do small heaters, for tropical fish tanks.if your room, where the tank is kept,is warm, the tank will be at same temperature.i have 400 litre tank,in summer the heater is off, because the room is above 26c.

You don’t normally need heaters for triops. Room temperature (21 degrees C) should be fine

You don’t need a heater.
The manual told you that you Have to?
Yep, they usually do…
Trust me on this one, they will be fine at room temperature, and you Can use a lamp if you want to.
Don’t let the temperature drop below 18degrees Celsius, and they will hatch
I’ve hatched triops 4 times
