its been four hours and theres still some brown stuff at the top i think the eggs already sank to the bottom but the brown stuff is still there should i just take it out

wait till the triops hatch and they will eat most if not all of it.

No, it has detritus in it that will feed your baby triops.
You can remove it after a week
