okay, for the bottom of the tank, should i get sand from the beach and boil it? or soil from backyard??? or anything better please tell me!

If you want to see your triops, then I’d say sand. Triops are diggers, and if you get soil, then the water will get cloudy. Your other option are rocks. I personally don’t like it because it’s hard for them to dig, and when they DO move them, you hear tiny clicking sounds, and believe me; it’s not fun listening to it while you’re trying to sleep.
