The flaky stuff is what the Triops eggs are in. You were actually only supposed to put half the bag in there but that is ok you will just get more hatchlings. It floats and that is fine too dont worry. The round balls are their food. They will hatch in about 2-3 days. Feed them 1 pellet for every Triop every 2-3 days. Once all the triops are dead and gone let the water evaporate out of the tank until the sand shows. Refill with fresh bottled water and you will have more haltchlings!
