That’s is about perfect for a betta fish. 7 liters is like two gallons, and my betta tank is two gallons.

I would consider such a small volume unsuitable for anything else. I am sorry, but if you would like another pet please upgrade to a larger aquarium style set up with a filter.
A single betta should have about a 5 gallon tank with a full lid, a gentle filter, and an aquarium heater as they are tropical fish. This set up if you shop around and look for good deals, is really not that expensive.
