Triops are a type of shrimp and although they can be used as fish food most small fish cannot break through its shell but they’re also good as pets. Example: Puffers eating triops = bad because the only problem is the exoskeleton which is hard to break for small fish

  2. Triops is a kind of shrimp… They are aggressive. You might end up with some dead fish.

  3. Triops are related to crustations and shrimp. You will be able to feed them to your fish, just as long as the fish are bigger than the triops, otherwise THEY WILL BE EATEN!

There is also the fact that they have an armour like exoskeleton, so it might be hard for your fish to eat.

You will also be able to breed the triops (if you are so inclined), as long as you have at least one female (her eggs don’t need to be fertilized), but you will have to completely dry them out before they are able to hatch.
