Idk wat your really asking but my answer is to “flush it”

Never flush live/dead animals down the toilet, just imagine your drinking the same water you flushed your pet.
Dump the tank on the lawn.

Flush them, keep triops where fun i used to keep them when i was 7 and now im 15 as you bought them up im so am going to get some more,
As the water being flushed is going to be cleaned and filtered it wont harm anything from them being flused

Um…………………………………………………………………………………….
triops have a very distinct egg sacs under their belly.
you need to flip it over and check if it has any eggs.
If the eggs sac is empty then forget about saving it and let it dry out for a souvenier to a friend.
The eggs sacs are pink if they have eggs inside and they are white or transparent if they are empty.

If it has egg sacks, leave it in the tank a while to dry out.
Sorry for the loss… Mine died at 2 weeks as well!
If not, flush it.
