To have my Triops be born, what kind of water should I use? And should I change it with a different. I heard somewhere to start out with distilled water and make my way over to spring water? Is this true? What should I do ?

Spring water should be fine. Once it grows a little, you can gradually add tap water that had the chlorine removed.
