I read that it can’t be spring or mineral water which makes it near-enough impossible for me to buy the water from my local shop.
However, I’ve heard that people have used bottled spring water…does this work?

When I hatched my Triops, I used Arrowhead bottled spring water. The triops hatched out just fine.

it will work with any type of bottled water.and it will be just fine.but spring and mineral will help them be healthier.

i used regular bottled water to hatch my triops. they all survived, except for the fact they have a tendency to eat one another… so there was one giant triop that had ate everyone! do not use tap water, because it isn’t clean enough for them to hatch.
