What is the the white web-like stuff appearing in my triop aquarium ?? They form long webs across the water as well as around the food on the bottom.
Is it bacteria ?? Why did it form ? Arent we supposed to feed the Triops the food that came with the packet ?
Is it dangerous ? can I remove it ?

ok, i been dealing with aquariums for a long time and i have never had success with triops. first u might want to do 25% water change and feed the triops the 2nd day after they are born. take 2 spoons and 2 different color foods and crush it and feed half to them. by the 5th day of their life give them 2 full different color pellet things. then on the 8th day remove the nutrition packet out of the water and do a 25% water change.
