will my triops hatch?

i just bought a triops kit [one of those 'sea creature' things] and it said i have to heat the water to 22-29 degrees C for them to hatch and grow. i can’t keep the lamp on all day. if i don’t keep the lamp on all the time, will the eggs still hatch? how long should it stay on for? how long can it stay off?
The tempature in my house never drops below 22 degrees anyways, but the water feels ice cold. I’ll probably buy a flashlight, but will it have to be on all the time or will they be fine when they hatch?

You could put a thermometer on the side and when it starts getting too cold then you can turn it on. You don’t need the lamp on if the water is the right temperature. Is the container plastic? If it’s not you could try putting a heating pad underneath it. If it’s plastic, it might melt the container.
