Will my triops still lay eggs?

I have some triops in a 5 gallon tank with about 2 cm of gravel in it. It is colord gravel and i found out that it could be toxic after i put it in the aquarium but after three days all 3 of them seem to be fine. Also 2 of the triops were raised in a seperate container than the other one and the one raised by itself is at least twice the size of the other 2. Do you think my triops will still lay eggs? I am planning on hatching them. Thanks alot

  1. Just an illusion

Yes, if they are doing fine in the gravel, then it can’t be toxic.

They will grow egg sacks after 2-3 weeks, and will lay (maximum) 10 eggs a day.

Good luck, and don’t worry about them too much !
